Job Title: Phlebotomist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join a family practice clinic where you will work independently, handling 15-20 blood draws each day. You may be required to train at a different location initially.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with precision and care.
• Ensure adherence to the correct order of draw.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while interacting with patients.
• Operate independently as the sole phlebotomist in an IOP setting.

Essential Skills

• Proven expertise in phlebotomy with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in blood draw and venipuncture techniques.
• Comfortable working independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED with transcripts or a copy of diploma/certification.
