Responsibilities
- Design construction and marine-type projects using Revit/BIM 360.
- Work with Revit families and legends to ensure accurate project design.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools as needed.
- Create and maintain construction documents and blueprints.
- Demonstrate initiative and work independently while collaborating with team members.
- Participate in training related to marine concepts.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Revit/BIM 360.
- 2+ years of design experience in the marine, construction, architectural, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Revit families, legends, and corridors.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in marine design projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in BIM 360 is advantageous.
- Familiarity with structural design, wharf, dock, dry dock, and pier concepts.
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment
This role is based in an office environment with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The position offers room for growth and the opportunity to work on diverse
projects, including private LNG initiatives. Holidays are offered while on contract, providing a balanced work-life experience.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
