JOB DESCRIPTION

The Programmer Analyst works as an integral member of IT Applications team that provide support to business units making important individual and team contributions. It is important for the Programmer Analyst to have strong analytical skills to be able to independently analyze and solve medium to complex level tasks. Additionally, the Programmer Analyst needs to quickly gain the knowledge in functional areas and business processes.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Use relational database and programming skills to develop/maintain applications and databases by evaluating client needs and analyzing requirements

Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery.
• Build new interfaces/data transfer processes or enhance/optimize the existing ones focusing on data security/encryption and accuracy
• Quickly respond to support tickets assigned by mentor according to company procedures/policies
