  • Support the grinding area by loading scrap reels, operating grinders, and manually cutting scrap materials.
  • Operate production equipment—including extruder machines—and assist with machine changeovers (screens, filters, temperature settings).
  • Work as a Downstream Operator to ensure final product quality by neatly wrapping products on reels and checking for any defects.
  • Conduct quality inspections, package and label finished parts, and prepare them for shipment.
  • Handle and lift industrial pipes and help maintain a clean, organized work area.

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machine operation.
  • Comfort using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to perform physical work and stay on your feet throughout the shift.
  • Experience working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Bonus Skills

  • Background as a Machine Operator.
  • Experience in construction, automotive, or other hands-on industries.
  • Ability to lift 30–40 lb pipes and work in a dusty environment.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and equipment.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Excellent benefits including 80% paid insurance premiums and fully covered life insurance.
  • Annual wage increases to reward your growth and performance.
  • Quarterly attendance bonuses and accrued paid time off.
  • Generous sign-on bonus, with additional payouts at 90 and 180 days.
  • Opportunities for direct hire and career advancement based on performance.
  • A supportive, team-oriented environment where cross-training helps you expand your skills.

Your Work Environment

  • A clean, heavy industrial manufacturing facility.
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule with alternating 48-hour and 36-hour work weeks.
