A large and growing Healthcare Insurance company based out of Utah is interested hiring Licensed Healthcare Personal Plan Sales Reps to their team in Murray Utah! The team is looking for candidates with an Active Producer License in the State of Utah and experience enrolling through healthcare.gov and Healthsherpa!

Description

The Personal Plans Sales Representative serves as a key liaison for Individual Plans. This role supports brokers, prospective members, and existing members in selecting and managing health insurance products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a solid understanding of the health insurance industry.

• Serve as the primary contact for their Individual Plans.
• Train and support brokers in the sale and servicing of plans and products.
• Guide potential and current members in selecting the most appropriate insurance coverage.
• Review and process applications and plan changes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
• Communicate clearly with brokers, customers, and group contacts regarding application requirements and renewal changes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the health insurance industry.
• Experience enrolling through Healthcare.gov and/or Healthsherpa
• Experience with Facets or similar eligibility systems.
• Active Producer License in the State of Utah
