Position Profile
Accountable for daily operations of a solo-person site. Responsible for performing contracted office services including, but not limited to: copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services.

Position Profile
Accountable for daily operations of a solo-person site. Responsible for performing contracted office services including, but not limited to: copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility
- Operate office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging and mail equipment
- May manage:
- Courier services
- Reception services
- Switchboard operations
- Shipping & receiving
- Mail delivery and processing
- Serve as the primary point of contact with customers daily
- Implement and manage RICOH Service Excellence Programs
- Operate equipment/software efficiently to meet service level agreements
- Achieve cost-efficiency by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies
- Perform routine tasks including:
- Creating/completing work orders
- Contractor monitoring
- Facility inspections and issue reporting
- General support as needed
- Interact with contracted vendors, facility management, and occupants
- Manage office supply inventory and reordering
- Coordinate conference rooms and A/V equipment resources
- Maintain positive internal relationships through professional communication
- Collect and provide data to leadership and customers, including monthly reports
- Ensure financial responsibilities are met
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Certifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical)
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience required
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology
- Tactical thought processing
- Ability to present to small groups
- Moderate problem-solving skills
- Basic customer service skills
- Basic technical aptitude
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Typical office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature/noise levels
- Diverse work assignments requiring interpretation and application of complex information
- Some physical effort required: walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
- Moderate dexterity required: use of calculator, keyboard, hand tools, and eye/hand coordination
