One of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring a Legal Recruiter to support the Arlington, VA office.

About the Role:

  • 100% onsite in Arlington, VA
  • Must have legal recruiting experience to be considered
  • 12 month contract to start with potential for extension/conversion

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented, customer-focused Legal Sourcing Recruiter to join our legal recruiting team. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excelling at finding and attracting top legal talent. You will utilize your sourcing expertise to research passive candidates and build robust pipelines to support our growing legal hiring needs. Collaboration with our legal recruiting team to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies is key, alongside managing candidates through the recruitment process to provide an exceptional experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using networks, Boolean search techniques, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Screen and assess candidates for fit against role requirements and our high hiring standards.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, efficiently managing candidates through the hiring process.
  • Partner closely with recruiting team members and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver on hiring goals.
  • Utilize data and metrics to measure sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives to enhance the legal recruiting function.
  • Adhere to internal recruiting policies, processes, and service level agreements.

Essential Skills:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in legal recruiting, either in-house, at a law firm, or at a recruiting agency.
  • Proficiency in networking, researching candidate pools, and qualifying candidates.
  • Ability to work on high-volume, time-sensitive searches.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree
  • Passion for delivering exceptional results for internal customers.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and sourcing techniques.
