Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics and Procurement Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our Logistics and Procurement function. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal utilization of the organization's facilities in alignment with operational efficiency and cost-effective goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to supply chain management while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full scope of logistics and procurement activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient procurement of supplies, materials, and services to support headquarters operations and customer needs.
  • Manage and coordinate Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), major service contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money.
  • Provide expert counsel to company leadership and vendor representatives on procurement and logistics-related matters.
  • Ensure effective facility usage and resource planning in support of organizational operations and long-term goals.
  • Supervise and lead logistics and procurement staff, fostering a high-performance team culture and driving continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
  • TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience, or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
  • Practical knowledge of facilities management operations, including maintenance, safety, and space planning.
  • Proven experience in project planning, project execution, and vendor management.
  • Understanding of and experience with contract negotiation, execution, and oversight.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and building systems maintenance.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and building codes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage facilities functions within a defined budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Experience with routine facility inspections and maintenance planning.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of workplace planning, space allocation, and long-range facilities planning.
  • Experience with large-scale construction projects, office buildouts, or real estate leasing.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across departments and with external partners.
  • Working knowledge of international standards or regulations related to construction and facility operations.
  • Strong financial acumen related to facilities budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Experience using facilities management software or CMMS systems.
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient building practices.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams and complex operational challenges.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
