Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Our client in Dulles Virginia is immediately hiring for a inventory specialist to join their team. This is a fully onsite role and pay will vary based on years of experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Engage in data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize SAP software for various administrative functions.
- Maintain and update records and databases.
- Assist in customer service tasks, addressing queries and providing information.
- Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
Essential Skills
- 1 to 3 years of administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in SAP software required.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
