Job Title: Inventory Specialist


Our client in Dulles Virginia is immediately hiring for a inventory specialist to join their team. This is a fully onsite role and pay will vary based on years of experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Engage in data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize SAP software for various administrative functions.
  • Maintain and update records and databases.
  • Assist in customer service tasks, addressing queries and providing information.
  • Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Office Suite.

Essential Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP software required.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
