Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Client Support Administrator to embody our company's Mission in Service by providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance. You will be instrumental in handling customer complaints, processing estimates, and managing communication with customers, all while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an enthusiastic ambassador of the company’s Mission in Service.
- Process customer complaints using the company online system.
- Create, process, quote, and approve estimates for in-house troubleshooting and outside service.
- Answer phones and effectively distribute messages to proper personnel.
- Manage the Delayed Delivery Report (DDR) professionally.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their equipment clearly and concisely.
- Schedule pick-up requests from customers.
- Create and add customer contact information.
- Process Work Authorization Forms and credit card payments.
- Follow up with new customers for feedback on performance and/or recommendations to improve the company's services.
- Make purchases and perform expedites to ensure timely delivery of services, parts, and supplies within budgetary and quality requirements.
Essential Skills
- 2 to 5+ years of client and administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to self-manage.
