Responsibilities

• Weed eating
• Mowing
• Utilize basic hand tools to execute general O&M tasks.
• Contribute to maintenance and operational activities.
• Adhere to instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general construction.
• Ability to use basic hand tools proficiently.
• Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in solar or construction environments is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and show up on time.

Work Environment

This role is based at a 500 MW solar project, requiring the performance of O&M tasks on-site. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with 40-45 hours per week, and includes opportunities for overtime. The position involves working outdoors, requiring appropriate attire to handle varying weather conditions.

This is a Contract position based out of Locust Grove, VA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
