Job Title: Project Manager - Construction

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive individual with strong expirence in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, in collaboration with the field team.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to efficiently meet project goals.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular inspections and quality checks.

Essential Skills

• Experience with waterproofing, joint sealants, and expansion joints.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
• Experience managing 2-3 projects over $500k simultaneously.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, accounting software (i.e., SAGE 300 CRE), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and problem-solve proactively.
