Job Title: Project Manager/Construction Manager

Job Description

This position involves managing commercial construction projects nationwide, with a focus on data center construction. The role is urgent due to recent project wins in NOVA, Texas, the South, and California. The position offers the opportunity to work with a leading AI Chip Developer on cutting-edge technology projects, supported by an excellent onsite team.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittals and submit other documentation into the database, comprising 40% of the role.
• Handle RFIs, understand design, BIM, REVIT, and manage submittals/change orders, making up another 40%.
• Participate in meetings, bids, GC meetings, and miscellaneous subcontractor meetings, accounting for 20% of the duties.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and managing projects as a Construction Manager.
• Experience managing general contractors on vertical commercial construction projects.
• Baseline knowledge of Data Center Construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management and construction management.
• Familiarity with commercial and data center construction.
• Experience with BIM and REVIT technologies.

Work Environment

This is a remote position that requires handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders for projects across the country. Candidates must possess strong knowledge in these areas and be able to work independently.
