- Oversee, train, and schedule test engineers to support ongoing and upcoming test campaigns.
- Manage, verify, and validate defect or problem reports, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking through resolution.
- Draft clear and concise test reports, status reports, and debrief materials for customers and other contractors.
- Use test management and defect tracking tools to plan, execute, and document test activities where applicable.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes, including adoption and use of test automation and Agile testing practices.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, or advanced submarine technical training (such as Navy "A" or "C" School) combined with a minimum of 5 years of Submarine Combat Control Weapon System test experience as a substitute for the degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in test and evaluation of complex systems.
- Proven ability to develop, manage, and execute detailed test plans and schedules.

- Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and system interfaces.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to create and maintain test schedules and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and other contractors and to debrief and share results in a professional manner.
- Willingness to travel periodically for test events, meetings, or on-site support.
