Sheet Metal Installer

We are seeking Sheet Metal Installers with 1-3 years of experience for two local projects in the Richmond area, one in Innsbrook and another Downtown. This role involves reading blueprints and installing materials on projects lasting from 6 months to a year. Candidates must bring their own hand tools to the job site.

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
• Install duct work and related equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Perform layout tasks for duct and equipment placement.
• Measure and cut duct work using hand tools.
• Maintain and clean work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

• Experience in sheet metal, HVAC, duct work, and installation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in construction and fabrication.
• Proficiency with a tape measure.

• Ability to perform laboring duties related to installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment.
• Capability to work with hand tools.
• Physical ability to climb, reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mechanicsville, VA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
