Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage project costs and budgets, conduct quality control, and facilitate effective communication through internal and external meetings. This role involves regular interaction with clients for both new and ongoing projects, and requires preparation of submittals and RFIs.

• Manage projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project budgets and costs.
• Conduct internal and external meetings for subcontractors and internal teams.
• Perform quality control assessments.
• Meet regularly with clients for new and existing projects.
• Prepare submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Develop bids and conduct pre-bid site visits.
• Manage subcontractors effectively.

• Proven project management experience, especially in construction and commercial construction.
• Strong mechanical and architectural knowledge.
• Experience with RFIs, change orders, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and design processes.

• 4-year degree in engineering, construction, or architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Project Management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in different phases.
• Knowledge of government contracting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore.

The role primarily requires on-site work at the Chantilly office, with occasional client meetings or visits to project sites. The position offers attractive benefits including 12 holidays, the ability to obtain secret clearance, and potential sign-on or retention bonuses.

This is a Permanent position based out of Merrifield, VA.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
