Job Description

Seeking a full-time Project Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry. This role involves supervising all trade partners and collaborating closely with project teams to form an effective management team. The Superintendent will oversee, manage, and mentor staff on various projects, as well as develop and implement site logistic plans.

• Supervise all trade partners and collaborate with the project team to create an effective management team.
• Oversee, manage, and mentor project staff.
• Develop and implement site logistic plans.
• Ensure quality control and project completion on time and within budget.
• Manage projects exceeding $20 million in value.

Essential Skills

• At least 5 years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Experience managing projects valued at over $20 million.
• Proficient in construction management and supervision.
• Familiarity with construction software, including Procore.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications and architectural drawings.
• OSHA training certification.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and scheduling software like MS Project, Primavera, and Phoenix.
• Excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Active participation in a team environment.
• Experience in healthcare and multifamily construction.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Work Environment

On-site work environment with varying weather conditions. Standard working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
