Blow Mold Operator

Blow Mold Operator – $22–$23.50/hr | Weekly Pay | Full‑Time

Experienced machine operators wanted for a steady, high‑paying blow‑mold role. You’ll run and maintain equipment that produces plastic milk jugs, perform weight checks, make adjustments, and keep production running smoothly.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Set up, adjust, clean, and operate blow mold machines
• Perform and record hourly weight checks to maintain bottle specs
• Make heat setting changes, weight adjustments, and tooling changes
• Monitor the Alpine system, clear jams, and call for material as needed
• Run the bailer and manage bales when full
• Communicate equipment issues to leads or maintenance
• Assist maintenance with repairs beyond operator level
• Follow all Safety Procedures and GMP standards
• Keep your work area clean and complete required documentation

🔧 What You Need to Bring

• 6+ months of blow molding, injection molding, or machine‑operator experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to unclog lines and adjust heat/weight settings
• Solid attention to detail and basic math skills
• Reliable attendance and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment

💵 What You Get

• $22.00–$23.50/hour (based on experience)
• Monday–Friday | 4am – 12:30 PM
• Weekly pay
• Full‑time, stable schedule — weekends off

• Refrigerated production area

This is a Contract position based out of Newport News, VA.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.00/hr.
