Job Title: Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator (6 months)


Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing incoming applications, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews across multiple time zones. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.


Responsibilities

  • Screen incoming applications for basic qualifications.
  • Manage candidate communication, including professionally declining applicants.
  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Watch and assess pre-recorded video interviews for initial screening.
  • Assist with posting job requisitions and updating existing job descriptions.
  • Work within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience is a plus but not required.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in ATS/HRIS.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring processes.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition coordination.
  • Familiarity with ATS or HRIS platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
