Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
As an Operator, you will begin your journey with comprehensive training to familiarize yourself with inventory locations and processes. You will shadow experienced trainers, learning color codes for steel, warehouse placement, and crane operation based on your previous experience. This role requires you to work both indoors and outdoors, managing a variety of tasks such as inventory handling, loading flatbed trailers and railcars, and maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Train in inventory locations and processes for the first few weeks.
- Learn and apply color codes for steel and warehouse placement.
- Operate cranes to manage indoor and outdoor tasks.
- Perform general housekeeping duties associated with the role.
- Load flatbed trailers and railcars, including rigging and securing materials.
- Receive and document inventory, move materials using overhead cranes.
Essential Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in construction or manufacturing.
- Ability to read a tape measure, verified by test or reference.
- Experience with heavy industrial or construction environments.
- Ability to learn and retain information based on color codes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
