Summary:
This position provides critical administrative and operational support to a Partner and team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role serves as the primary on-site point of contact for team resources, managing a diverse portfolio of responsibilities that includes executive calendar management, travel coordination, equipment and supply logistics, and general team operations. Operating within a newly formed team building out supply operations and processes, this position requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. The successful candidate will proactively manage multiple workstreams, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and demonstrate initiative in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting both recurring tasks and ad-hoc requests across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage executive calendars and make scheduling decisions based on shifting business priorities to ensure accurate scheduling and appropriate time allocation
- Coordinate comprehensive travel logistics using designated travel tools and adhering to company policies
- Provide team support including headcount management, budget coordination, morale events, distribution group management, and onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage hardware, software, and supply inventories while working within budgeting and company finance policies
- Assist with team space move logistics and facilities requests as the primary on-site point of contact
- Collaborate with lead administrators and peers to build internal networks and gain operational knowledge
- Take direction and prioritize multiple requests from administrators, teammates, and managers
- Provide on-site team support and execute tasks under direction while taking accountability for assigned project components
- Maintain clear and effective communication across cross-functional partners including IT and facilities teams
- Demonstrate consistent follow-through on operational and ad-hoc requests while maintaining confidentiality
- 3+ years of calendar and travel coordination experience
- 2+ years of administrative or operational team support experience
- 2+ years of resource, space, or equipment coordination experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting executives or senior leadership
- Proven track record managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

- Pay Range*: $24 - $27 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
