Description
- Will be handling anywhere from 25-50 tickets per a day -- mostly with password resets, software configs/implementation, printer mapping/set-up, proprietary software support, etc.
- 100% remote -- but training is on-site for the 1st month (6 weeks of training/mentorship)
§ Progression will be starting to be hands-on/independent by week 3.
- 3 different shifts (all day-shift):
§ 7 AM - 4 PM
§ 8 AM - 5 PM
§ 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM -- this will be what new folks start on
***Rotating on-call schedule on Saturdays
