Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to design for large commercial buildings. The role involves preparing reports, cost estimating, specification development, performing calculations, selecting equipment for specification, and preparing construction documents for bidding.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform site visits across the United States.
• Manage project deadlines and interact with clients and architects.
• Develop construction documents for bidding.
• Create electrical designs and perform necessary calculations.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-10+ years of relevant electrical engineering design experience (power, lighting, and fire alarm designs) for MEP projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Experience in building design projects.

Work Environment

This position operates on a hybrid model, with four days in the office and one day remote, with the possibility to work from home for two days. The role is design-heavy but requires site visits approximately 10% of the time across the US. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
