Job Title: Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Civil Engineer (EIT) to join our growing Design Management Services team in Virginia. This role works closely with a diverse team of engineers, designers, and specialists to deliver projects to a variety of clients including municipalities, counties, commercial, and industrial entities.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and specialists to deliver projects efficiently.
• Develop and prepare engineering and design documents using computer-assisted software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS.
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure project specifications are met.
• Engage in stormwater management, drainage, and grading tasks.
• Ensure compliance with municipal, state, and land development engineering standards.

• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Design, and Stormwater management.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in municipal, state, and land development engineering.
• Active Engineer in Training (EIT) certification for the State of Virginia or ability to complete within 6 months.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in Erosion & Sediment Control.
• Eagerness to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) license when eligible.
• Flexibility, organization, dependability, and accountability.
• Ability to conduct on-site visits as needed.
