Job Summary:
This position plays a pivotal role in building and shaping the organization's workforce through comprehensive talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management. The successful candidate will leverage extensive experience to manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities, from initial candidate sourcing through final offer negotiations and seamless onboarding. This role demands a strategic thinker who can balance high-volume hiring demands with quality candidate experience, while maintaining exceptional professionalism in all communications. The position requires independent judgment and creative problem-solving abilities to navigate complex hiring scenarios and employee transitions. As a trusted advisor to management, this individual will contribute significantly to workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Recruit qualified candidates through various sourcing channels and screening methods
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Perform thorough reference checks to verify candidate credentials and work history
• Extend employment offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates
• Design and deliver engaging new employee orientation programs
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify retention opportunities
• Process all employee status changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations
• Lead and direct the work of junior team members as needed
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the employee lifecycle
• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
Skills:
• High volume recruitment experience with ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Expert-level candidate offer presentation and salary negotiation capabilities
• Exceptional professional communication skills across all mediums
• Superior business writing abilities for correspondence, offers, and documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Advanced interviewing techniques and candidate assessment abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources or talent acquisition
• Proven track record managing high-volume recruitment environments
• Demonstrated success in candidate offer negotiations and closing difficult positions
• Experience leading or mentoring team members
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
