One of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring a Technical Recruiter to join a growing team in Bellevue, WA.
Responsibilities
- Attract source, assess, and hire for niche roles
- Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Manager end-to-end process administration i.e. from headcount-related administrative tasks to requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, interviewer securement as well as hiring updates to key stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc.
The ideal candidate must be able to earn trust and influence autonomously with key stakeholders. We are a data-driven company so they must be analytical with strong problem solving and planning skills to effectively prioritize against customer targets, manage candidates against tight timelines, have demonstrated ability to use metrics to drive and show results, while remaining calm in times of high volume and ambiguity. Thriving in a fast-paced environment and having a strength in problem solving will be critical to success in this role. The best candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition while forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and centralized HR program teams.
Requires Skills
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience in technical sourcing and manufacturing engineering recruiting is required
- Bachelors's degree
Work Environment
You will work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor. The role involves full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, requiring adherence to pre-established guidelines and instructions.
