Summary: In this role, you serve as the welcoming face and voice of our business, providing transformative experiences to all who enter our doors or call from across the nation. You greet visitors with warmth, distribute badges, schedule meeting rooms, and ensure seamless call transfers, all while radiating enthusiasm for our company's vision and values.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Extend a warm welcome to all guests, pioneering new ways to enhance their experience from the moment they arrive, whether physically or virtually.
• Skillfully manage incoming calls from coast to coast to streamline processes and elevate efficiency.
• Coordinate meeting room schedules with, leveraging tools to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of our teams.
• Dive into company and community events with energy, finding new ways to serve and connect.
• Cultivate connections with customers and colleagues alike, fostering a culture of adaptability and collaboration.
• Keep our communication tools sharp, ensuring our systems are agile and ready.
• Own the process of ordering, organizing, and sharing promotional swag, leveraging approaches to boost our brand's profile and impact.

Qualifications Must Have:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of front desk coordinator experience.

Qualifications Nice to Have:
• Certification or extra training in customer service or office administration. Public Notary a plus.
