Job Description
Join our team as a Recruiter I, where you will play a vital role in the recruitment process, including interviewing, reference checking, making offers, and conducting orientations for new employees. Additionally, you will perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview potential candidates.
- Check references and extend job offers to successful candidates.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
- Perform exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.
- Process changes in employee status as needed.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or a related area.
- Familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in the recruitment field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience in technical sourcing and manufacturing engineering recruiting is a plus.
Work Environment
You will work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor. The role involves full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, requiring adherence to pre-established guidelines and instructions.
