Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator who will handle inbound lead calls and convert them into sales leads. The candidate will qualify potential and existing leads, presenting sales opportunities, and recording customer information in a clear, professional manner. Building and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up via telephone and email is essential. The role involves collaborating with field sales representatives to keep account activities up to date, maintaining product knowledge, and effectively communicating with the business unit and field sales team to resolve issues. The candidate will also enter prospects into automated marketing nurturing campaigns, maintain accurate records of communications, run reports on lead activities, and support training while providing best practices for lead management.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound lead calls and convert them into sales leads.
- Qualify potential and existing leads and present sales opportunities.
- Record customer information and maintain data records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with field sales representatives to keep account activities current.
- Maintain knowledge of the product brand and new/existing programs.
- Communicate effectively with the business unit and field sales team.
- Enter prospects into automated marketing nurturing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate daily records of calls and emails.
- Run reports of lead activities and conduct analysis for executive reviews.
- Support training and provide best practices for lead management.
- Provide input on process improvement of lead management.
Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
- Customer-first mentality.
- Experience facilitating communication with sales, marketing, and customers.
- Proficient in data entry and customer service.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and trend identification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience in a business sales and customer support environment.
- Personable with an ethical approach to engaging with customers.
- Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
