This is an active full-time warehouse position that involves continuous movement throughout the day. The role combines physical material handling with computer system usage, with candidates expected to spend approximately 80% of their time on their feet performing warehouse duties and 20% on computer-based tasks.
Responsibilities- Perform active warehouse duties including material handling and movement.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand carts.
- Use computer systems like SAP, ERP, and Excel to record material transactions.
- Manage physical and virtual material movements between sites.
- Document process issues and maintain accurate records.
- Follow and maintain safety and quality standards.
- Support team training initiatives.
- Contribute to operational improvements.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including possible weekend days.
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English fluently for safety and communication requirements.
- Physical ability to perform all essential functions listed above.
- Reliable transportation to work site.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems is preferred.
These positions offer the opportunity for contract-to-hire conversion, with competitive pay rates and advancement to Tech II roles upon conversion. You will work in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and operational improvements.
Work EnvironmentThis role requires working in a warehouse environment with shifts including Back Half Days (Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat) 6am-4:30pm, Back Half Nights (Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat) 5pm-3:30am, and other shifts as needed. The position involves standing for up to 10 hours per shift, with constant physical movement such as walking, lifting, bending, and climbing.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
