Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant | Multiple Locations Across Washington


Job Description

Support physicians and other healthcare providers by handling patient scheduling, maintaining medical records, and assisting with examinations and procedures by preparing patients for examinations, rooming patients, taking vital signs, and assisting providers with setting up rooms for procedures. . You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to patients, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.


Responsibilities

  • Perform routine clinical procedures such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for examinations.
  • Assist providers in setting up rooms for procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • No weekends or on-call duties.

Essential Skills

  • Certified Medical Assistant with MA-C certification required.
  • Proficiency in the EPIC charting system (preferred).
  • Candidates must hold a valid WA MA license and be local within a 50-mile radius.
