Machine Operator – Aerospace Components

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Machine Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll work directly on the shop floor, operating precision machinery to produce high‑quality, small aerospace components. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in accuracy, and want to grow your machining skills, this is an excellent opportunity.


What You’ll Do

  • Operate production machinery to manufacture small, high‑precision aerospace parts.
  • Load and unload machines safely and efficiently to maintain steady workflow.
  • Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to ensure consistent output.
  • Perform basic machine setups and support smooth changeovers.
  • Use precision measurement tools—including micrometers and calipers—to verify dimensions and fine‑tune tools.

What You Bring

  • Experience as a machine operator, ideally in aerospace or a similar high‑precision environment.
  • Confident use of micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools.
  • Background working with CNC machines or supporting CNC operations.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience running Swiss‑style machines is a strong plus.
  • Prior machinist experience or mechanical aptitude that supports troubleshooting and setup work.

Work Environment

This is a hands‑on, shop‑floor role where you’ll operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery. You’ll work closely with teammates who take pride in precision and teamwork.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
