Location: Kent, WA
Shift: 7AM-3:30PM
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Logistics Specialists to play a crucial role in managing inventory and materials. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials using a variety of equipment such as forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. This position also involves the use of an MRP system to track inventory information accurately.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload ocean containers and trucks using tools like crowbars and claw hammers.
- Pick and stage inventory against sales orders, work orders, and material requisitions.
- Manage manual and clerical tasks related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain an orderly and organized stockroom.
- Perform data entry as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare and package spares and machine orders for shipping and special assignments.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related inventory experience, including generating proper documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with desktop and remote inventory systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with cycle counts, inventory control, and order picking.
- Skills in using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
