Description
Key Responsibilities • Lead, supervise, and mentor pipefitter crews on industrial projects • Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to ensure productivity and efficiency • Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, isometrics, and specifications • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades • Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards • Perform quality control checks on installed piping systems • Track materials, tools, and manpower needs • Maintain jobsite documentation, reports, and time tracking • Assist with layout, fit up, installation, and troubleshooting as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications • Journeyman level industrial pipefitting experience required • 5+ years as a Foreman in the pipefitting industry • Strong knowledge of carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping systems • Experience with threading, welding coordination, flanged systems, and pipe supports • Ability to read and understand industrial drawings and specifications • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills • OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred) • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience • Industrial facilities such as refineries, Semiconductor plants, data centers, and battery plants • Working with pumps, valves, and process piping systems • Scheduling and manpower planning

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
