Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team and support our dynamic environment. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, supporting event coordination, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Answer the main phone line and guide callers in the right direction.
- Provide support for internal and external event coordination.
- Maintain the upkeep of facilities and kitchen areas.
- Assist in tracking office supply inventory and notify management when orders are needed.
- Clean and maintain coffee machines.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the workspace.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an entry level.
- Minimum of 1 year of front desk or office management experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in event coordination is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with comfort in phone communication.
- Ability to multitask and wear multiple hats as needed.
Work Environment
This is a front desk role requiring onsite presence 5 days a week from 7:00am to 4:00pm. The position involves daily interaction with team members, task delegation, and adapting to various responsibilities as needed. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
