You will report to the Manager PWR Refuel Resources and be located at on-site at specified plants and when not working at plants will be seated in Madison, PA

As a Field Service Technician II, you will be responsible to provide field services at nuclear power plant sites either operating or under construction, and service center operations, utilizing high technology service equipment and in a manner reflecting Westinghouse's commitment to the highest level of safety and quality.
You will report to the Manager PWR Refuel Resources and be located at on-site at specified plants and when not working at plants will be seated in Madison, PA
Key Responsibilities:
- You will train to install, set-up, maintain, inspect, calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot fuel handling/outage critical refuel equipment at customer sites worldwide.
- Support equipment maintenance at the Waltz Mill service center between outage assignments. This requires ability to travel to the service center daily during equipment turnaround periods.
- Learn to review operational procedures, maintenance procedures, and drawings in detail.
- Participate in training programs to acquire and maintain certifications and keep current with technology and procedures.
- Practice a Safety First" attitude as a necessary part of all activities. Demonstrate good housekeeping practices in work areas.
- Gain and maintain Unescorted Access" status at nuclear power plant sites.
- Participate in team-building skills with peers, supervisors, contractors, customers and other departments. Demonstrate good teamwork behaviors with peers.
- Report status of field work progress, changes, problems, and mistakes to management during outage shifts.
- You will do extensive travel by airplane or automobile (60%-80%) and working with or around hazardous materials.
- This position is subject to the requirements of Westinghouse and customer security, unescorted access and fitness for responsibility programs. We also ask that you can carry/lift 50 pounds and must have full range of motion.
- High school graduate or the recognized equivalent is required. 2 years, post high school degree/certificate or equivalent in experience.
- You will have 2-3 years in industrial field with demonstrated mechanical abilities.
