About the role:
As an RES Field Supervisor, you will provide support to the RES Field Operations Business in outage staffing, demand planning, and business functional process development (including field project preparation oversight, project review coordination and planning, and forecasting). Your responsibilities may include support of outage staffing, field project preparation and planning oversight, and field leadership assignments.
You will report to the Manager of RES Field Operations and be located at our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA. This role does require significant travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead staffing requirements and deliverables through work with Field Specialists (PMs) to populate project teams with evenly dispersed talent with the goal of populating projects 12 months in advance.
- Support Field PMs' readiness preparation through provision of Proficiency/Experience charts and other supporting data pertinent to crew personnel.
- Improve project readiness and financial predictability through process improvement (and development where necessary) in the areas of project preparation/reviews and forecasting.
- Support planned and emergent outage leadership (supervisory) assignments.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing or Business
- 4 years Field Leader experience or 2 years project management experience and 2 years experience in technical role in nuclear or construction industry.
- Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered
- Broad technical knowledge of nuclear power plant projects and operations.
- Familiarity with Westinghouse field project management and requirements, basic project financial accounting knowledge, utility service crew staffing requirements
