Aerotek Is Hiring: General Laborers
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up molds and assemble rebar cages
- Pour, finish, and assist with shoveling concrete
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Assist with cranes and mobile equipment
- Work safely around suspended loads and high‑tension strands
- Access scaffolds and elevated platforms
- Support general labor and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of general labor or construction experience
- Concrete experience is a plus
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Carpentry and measuring experience is helpful
- Strong attention to safety and teamwork
- No certifications required
Shift & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday | 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Indoor production facility
- Steel‑toed boots required

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newman Lake, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.00/hr.
