Fabrication Technician

Pay Range: $22–$25/hour

Location: Puyallup, WA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual to join our fabrication team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools and is eager to build new skills—no prior fabrication experience required!

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble van interior and exterior components such as shelving units, ladder racks, partitions, drawers, hitches, and running boards.
• Follow both written instructions and verbal guidance to complete installations.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure timely project completion.
• Learn and understand the full range of parts and accessories used in upfitting.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or schematics.
• Previous wiring experience (1–2 years) is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable using a variety of tools in a shop environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely.
• Good time management and organizational habits.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently when needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Puyallup, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
