Job Responsibilities:
- Support and advance AI-assisted development initiatives, including hands-on collaboration with engineers, designers, and content creators to improve tooling and accelerate workflows
- Act as the primary liaison for a key external technology partnership, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support the development of AI-driven content creation tools
- Facilitate and coordinate AI education sessions across the organization, including hands-on workshops designed to help teams adopt and apply AI tools in their daily workflows
- Assist with the development and deployment of internal AI solutions and workflow tooling, contributing to both logistics management and hands-on prototyping
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and policy stakeholders to interpret AI-related guidelines, identify areas of ambiguity, and drive organizational alignment so teams can move forward responsibly
- Organize and facilitate cross-team virtual teams focused on tooling improvements, knowledge sharing, and the establishment of AI best practices
- Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Manage project resources, including procuring staff and providing coaching, motivation, and guidance to team members
- Partner closely with functional project teams to define and refine business requirements
- Lead development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet organizational needs
- Define test plans and ensure products are defect-free prior to User Acceptance Testing
- Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process and develop rollout plans and procedures
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to project sponsors and steering committees
- Ensure appropriate systems development and project management methodologies are consistently applied
- 1 to 2 or more years of hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows, including demonstrated ability to prototype and improve developer and creator processes
- 3 to 5 or more years of software development or scripting experience, with exposure to APIs, automation, or game and modding environments considered a strong asset
- 4 to 6 or more years of cross-functional technical program coordination experience, working across engineering, design, product, and legal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution on complex initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field required
- Master of Business Administration or other relevant advanced degree preferred
- Project Management Professional certification or Project Management Institute certification preferred
- Deep, hands-on, and up-to-date knowledge of modern AI tools and workflows, including agentic and multi-step AI systems
- Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted developer tools, with the ability to apply them in practical, real-world scenarios
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to development workflows
- Familiarity with APIs, automation pipelines, or game and modding environments
- Proven project management experience, including scope management, cost control, and performance reporting
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity across engineering, design, product, and legal stakeholders
- Excellent people management and team-building capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment while managing competing priorities
- Strong risk assessment skills with the ability to apply sound judgment to technology products and business functions
- Ability to quickly learn and internalize business processes and build effective relationships with partners at all organizational levels
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments
- Balanced and well-informed perspective on AI capabilities and limitations, with the ability to communicate these clearly to diverse audiences
- Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)
- Duration: 13 months
- Pay Range*: $54.50 - $62 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
