Summary:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the tools and programs that power global data center operations. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of enterprise platforms through rigorous testing and coordinated release activities. This individual will independently lead user acceptance testing efforts, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive operational readiness across multiple regions. The role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical depth with strong communication skills, ensuring that complex systems are validated, documented, and deployed with precision. Working in a fast-paced, global environment, this professional will have the autonomy to own critical testing and release cycles while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing activities by creating test plans and test cases in Azure DevOps
- Coordinate UAT kickoffs and tester onboarding to ensure all participants are prepared and aligned
- Monitor test execution, defects, and sign-offs to maintain quality standards and timelines
- Remove blockers to keep testing on schedule and ensure smooth progression through test cycles
- Coordinate day-to-day UAT and release execution activities, including readiness checks, dependency tracking, and stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, and Tax
- Partner closely with Engineering during system integration testing and release validation to ensure defects, fixes, and configurations meet business requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders during active releases, providing clear status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
- Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to releases and UAT, escalating when appropriate
- Drive operational readiness by ensuring impacted teams are prepared for go-live through training, access provisioning, communications, and documentation
- Maintain comprehensive release and UAT artifacts including test plans, test cases, defect logs, release trackers, status reports, and executive summaries
- Facilitate working sessions and decision meetings across global time zones to ensure alignment and progress
- Develop, track, and manage project budgets, project plans, timelines, and scope
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized throughout the project lifecycle
- Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors as needed
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required
- MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
- PMP or PMI certification
- 5-7 years of proven project management experience
- Release Management and UAT Execution with 5+ years of demonstrated experience
- Proficiency with test and delivery tooling, specifically Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms, with 5+ years of hands-on experience
- Enterprise Systems Testing experience, particularly in Procurement, ERP, or Operations environments, with 5+ years of relevant background
- Technical Writing skills with 5+ years of experience creating clear, comprehensive documentation
- Strong project management methodology and best practices
- Excellent people management and team building capabilities
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment
- Capability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications and business functions
- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Duration: 3 months
- Pay Range*: $56.50 - $64 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
