Job Description
The role involves supporting the RF system team in executing RF system test campaigns for various RF subsystems. You will utilize testers with common test equipment such as signal analyzers and spectrum analyzers to provide validation results. This position requires collaboration with team members to maintain, calibrate, and deploy hardware testers, and to execute environmental test campaigns resulting in comprehensive test reports.
Responsibilities
- Work with team members to maintain, calibrate, and deploy hardware testers.
- Execute environmental test campaigns and produce test reports demonstrating unit performance.
- Ensure testers are calibrated and fit for running tests, notifying team members of any issues.
- Conduct shock, vibe, thermal, and TVAC test campaigns.
- Manage and maintain testers, ensuring proper calibration.
- Coordinate with the Test Execution Lead for conducting all test campaigns.
- Provide regular updates on test execution status.
- Report any blocking issues and work on mitigations.
- Work with RF/Microwave hardware and utilize common RF test equipment.
- Handle RF components and perform common RF measurements for digital communications radios.
- Generate and share test reports with team members.
- Proficiency in radio frequency and hardware test execution.
- Experience with test equipment, RF, shock testing, and vibe testing.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and test automation software.
- 5-10 years of experience in test execution for RF.
- Experience with test automation in Python is a plus but not required.
The work is conducted onsite in Redmond, primarily during day hours. Occasionally, there might be a need for extra hours or weekend work depending on project demands. The role offers 7 paid holidays and 15 days of PTO annually.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Redmond,WA.
