📍Location: Redmond, WA | Shift: Front Half Days/ Nights

Are you ready to launch your career into orbit? We're on the hunt for a Manufacturing Engineer who’s passionate about solving complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help build the next generation of spacecraft. If you love tinkering, testing, and turning bold ideas into real-world solutions, this is your mission!

🌟What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the go-to guru for all things production—troubleshoot, resolve, and improve!
  • Lead root cause investigations like a detective of the manufacturing world.
  • Keep our production humming by creating and updating shop orders, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with design, quality, and test teams to bring spacecraft from concept to cosmos.
  • Champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and your own brilliant ideas.
  • Get hands-on with mechanical and electronic systems during integration and testing.

🛠️What You Bring to the Launchpad

  • A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in low-rate, high-complexity manufacturing (think aerospace, medical devices, or automotive).
  • Mastery of CAD tools like SolidWorks, NX, and Unigraphics.
  • A knack for root cause analysis (Fishbone Diagrams, DMAIC, Fault Trees—you name it).
  • Familiarity with Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
  • Bonus points for experience with QTP/ATP, environmental testing, and automated manufacturing.

🌌Why You’ll Love It Here

  • You’ll be part of a team building a satellite constellation—yes, actual satellites!
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where innovation is the norm.
  • Your work will directly impact the future of space technology.

🛰️Ready to engineer the extraordinary? Apply now and help us build the future—one spacecraft at a time.
