Summary:
This position plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing web content quality through precise execution of updates within a content management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO-driven improvements, migrating content to updated templates, and ensuring all web pages meet established standards for accessibility, performance, and user experience. Working in a collaborative remote environment, this individual will manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables. The role requires a proactive approach to quality assurance and the ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional partners to clarify requirements and support ongoing website improvements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute on-page updates based on SEO recommendations, including copy updates, metadata updates, and internal linking
- Perform quality assurance on new and updated pages, identifying and resolving issues where possible
- Migrate existing content to new templates as part of ongoing platform or design updates
- Apply updates in alignment with accessibility, performance, and content standards
- Collaborate with internal partners to clarify requirements and ensure accurate execution
- Review assigned tasks and execute updates in the CMS with precision and efficiency
- Perform light quality assurance checks before publishing content
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities independently based on project needs and business priorities
- 2 to 4 years of experience working with a content management system
- 2 or more years of experience implementing SEO updates, including metadata and internal linking
- 1 to 3 years of experience migrating or restructuring content within a CMS
- Demonstrated experience implementing updates to web content
- Proven track record working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of quality assurance processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote or asynchronous environment
- Basic understanding of web best practices, including SEO, accessibility, and performance
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders
- Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve content issues
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 2 months
- Pay Range*: $34.50 - $39 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 30 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
