Production Artist (Contract)

Summary:

This position plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing web content quality through precise execution of updates within a content management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO-driven improvements, migrating content to updated templates, and ensuring all web pages meet established standards for accessibility, performance, and user experience. Working in a collaborative remote environment, this individual will manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables. The role requires a proactive approach to quality assurance and the ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional partners to clarify requirements and support ongoing website improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute on-page updates based on SEO recommendations, including copy updates, metadata updates, and internal linking
• Perform quality assurance on new and updated pages, identifying and resolving issues where possible
• Migrate existing content to new templates as part of ongoing platform or design updates
• Apply updates in alignment with accessibility, performance, and content standards
• Collaborate with internal partners to clarify requirements and ensure accurate execution
• Review assigned tasks and execute updates in the CMS with precision and efficiency
• Perform light quality assurance checks before publishing content
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities independently based on project needs and business priorities

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience working with a content management system
• 2 or more years of experience implementing SEO updates, including metadata and internal linking
• 1 to 3 years of experience migrating or restructuring content within a CMS
• Demonstrated experience implementing updates to web content
• Proven track record working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of quality assurance processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote or asynchronous environment
• Basic understanding of web best practices, including SEO, accessibility, and performance
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve content issues

Additional Details:

• Location: Remote
• Duration: 2 months
• Pay Range*: $34.50 - $39 per hour
• Weekly Schedule: 30 hours
• Job Status: Non-Exempt
