Job Description
As a Beta Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the Beta plan. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation and approval of homework and associated surveys, managing tools to distribute these materials to the Beta audience, and facilitating communication between Beta users. Your role also involves responding to issues reported by Beta users, consolidating duplicate reports to create actionable bugs for engineering, and providing daily and weekly Beta status reports.
Responsibilities
- Help create and obtain approval for homework and associated surveys.
- Manage tools to distribute homework and surveys to the Beta audience.
- Assist with communications between Beta users via Email, Slack, and Compass.
- Respond to issues reported by Beta users.
- Find duplicate issues and consolidate reports to create actionable bugs for engineering.
- Provide daily and weekly Beta status reports.
- Provide members with a personalized creative experience.
- Coordinate the entire lifecycle of projects.
- Ensure stellar customer satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with Publishing teams to ensure members are enrolled in the proper service package.
- Work internally with other departments to deliver a quality product in a timely manner.
- Use a wide variety of software systems to navigate customer accounts.
- Proactively monitor accounts to anticipate problems before they occur.
- Meet all performance and quality metrics.
- Initiate and drive process improvement projects within the department.
Essential Skills
- Associate’s Degree.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience with high-volume processes.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Work Environment
The role is based in Redmond and requires working on-site five days a week. You will thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment, involving heavy phone and email communication with customers. You will utilize a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and identify and communicate effective solutions while working within a team environment and communicating internally with other departments.
