Recruiter (Contract)
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary:
This position represents a unique intersection of executive talent intelligence and systems innovation. The role demands someone who can operate at both the strategic and tactical levels-partnering closely with business leaders and recruiters to decode complex executive hiring needs while simultaneously building the infrastructure that makes talent insights reusable and scalable. This is not traditional recruiting execution, nor is it pure operations work. Instead, it requires the rare ability to conduct sophisticated market research on senior talent pools, identify non-obvious patterns and adjacencies, and then capture those learnings in ways that compound value across the organization. The successful candidate will balance the immediate demands of active search delivery with the longer-term work of refining tools, workflows, and data structures that elevate the quality of market intelligence over time.
Job Responsibilities:
AGS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all applications without regard to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
