  • Monitor, track, report, and move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next production location.
  • Ensure parts are handled and protected properly.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise planning team to resolve immediate floor shortages on work orders and floor stock inventory as needed.
  • Assist production leadership and project teams with action item updates.

Essential Skills

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Production Control within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP ERP/MES (or any MRP system) and the full suite of MS Office products.
  • Experience in inventory management, ideally within aerospace, military, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate.

  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Production Control in a manufacturing setting.

Work Environment

This position offers multiple shifts: Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm to 3:30am, Sunday to Wednesday from 5pm to 3:30am, and Monday to Friday from 5pm to 1:30am. Training for the first three weeks typically occurs during the day, regardless of the final schedule. The role involves a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment with high standards, requiring constant improvement of operations, reduction of downtime, and lead time reduction of builds and tests.
