Summary:
This position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to leadership and team members, enabling efficient day-to-day operations across multiple functions. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to managers and staff, coordinating complex schedules, managing travel logistics, organizing events, and overseeing various administrative processes. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for managers and team members
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Process and manage expense reports and budget tracking for team members and managers
- Plan and execute internal events, team meetings, off-sites, and morale events, including catering coordination and venue selection
- Support new employee onboarding processes and maintain headcount tracking systems
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services for team members and new hires
- Maintain security groups, distribution lists, and organizational documentation
- Coordinate space management requests and facilities-related needs
- Serve as primary point of contact for department inquiries and communications
- Partner with administrative staff across the organization to ensure consistent service delivery
- Complete special projects as assigned by executive and business teams
- Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures
- Demonstrated experience supporting managers or teams in an enterprise environment
- Proven track record of calendar management and travel coordination
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Background in budget and expense management
- Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail and proactive awareness
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite)
- Duration: 4 months
- Pay Range*: $27.50 - $31
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
