Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical information for project planning and execution of verification activities
- Create and modify existing verification environments and components within a UVM simulation framework
- Build, test, and modify product prototypes using working models or theoretical models constructed with computer simulation
- Develop testbench infrastructure and create comprehensive testcases for IP and sub-system verification
- Implement checkers, write functional coverage, and develop assertions to ensure design integrity
- Develop common and reusable verification components for deployment across multiple teams
- Perform coverage analysis and drive coverage closure activities
- Execute simulations and regressions to validate design functionality
- Triage and debug test failures to identify root causes and ensure system conformance
- Evaluate reporting formats, constraints, and security requirements to determine optimal hardware configurations
- Monitor equipment functionality and implement necessary modifications to ensure systems operate according to specifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in hardware verification or related field
- Extensive experience with IP and system-on-chip level verification using UVM and SystemVerilog within the last 3 years
- Demonstrated experience creating and writing test benches
- Background in hardware engineering design
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- Advanced knowledge of UVM methodology and frameworks
- Extensive experience coding in SystemVerilog
- Proficiency in Verilog RTL programming language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative approach to technical challenges
- Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with focus on quality
- Knowledge of ASIC or FPGA-based verification methodologies
- Understanding of engineering science and technology practical applications
- Familiarity with AMBA AXI protocol (preferred)
- Experience with hardware engineering design concepts
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 5 months
- Pay Range*: $77 - $87.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
