AI Product Manager (Contract)

Summary:

This position combines strategic product management with technical program leadership to drive artificial intelligence transformation within enterprise contract management systems. The role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise in AI solutions and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to deliver meaningful business impact. Working at the intersection of technology and business operations, this individual will be responsible for reimagining how contracting processes function by leveraging agentic AI capabilities. The position demands someone who can quickly grasp intricate business workflows, translate them into technical requirements, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to execute transformative solutions. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI applications that directly improve operational efficiency and user experiences in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of contracting business processes to identify high-value opportunities for AI-driven transformation
• Define project scope and establish alignment with business stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
• Author detailed technical specifications for AI features and capabilities
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and high-quality solution delivery
• Design and facilitate User Acceptance Testing processes to validate solution effectiveness
• Develop comprehensive rollout plans and procedures for new AI-enabled capabilities
• Ensure adherence to appropriate systems development methodologies and project management frameworks
• Deliver presentations to steering committees and executive sponsors to communicate progress and outcomes
• Assess and manage risk across technology applications, products, and business functions
• Navigate competing priorities while maintaining flexibility and sound judgment in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field
• MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of product management experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience writing features for AI products
• Minimum 5 years of experience facilitating collaboration and alignment across large matrixed organizations
• Proven track record delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale environments
• Demonstrated experience transforming business processes using agentic AI
• Product management expertise at enterprise scale
• Technical program management in large matrixed organizations
• Agentic AI and AI transformation of business processes
• Business process analysis and optimization
• Technical feature writing for AI products
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and alignment
• Risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Additional Details:

• Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 2/3 days / week onsite)
• Duration: 4 months
• Pay Range*: $86.50 - 98.00 per hr
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
• Job Status: Non-Exempt
